When you subscribe gTalk® cloud PBX service we will send you required pre-configured standard IP telephone sets. The number of sets to be sent is equal to the number of phone extensions subscribed. We will also send you a document listing a six digit code with corresponding (a) short PBX number and (b) regular phone number for each extension. Place a set in each workstation, power up and connect to the Internet. When visually prompted on the phone's screen enter the extension code for the cubicle from the list provided with the set. The extension will instantly assume the PBX number and external phone number corresponding to the extension code. Do the same for all extensions. You are now ready to start using the system. Can anything be simpler than this?
